Position Summary
We are looking for passionate and self-driven Remote Sales Agents to help market BICFEST programs, talent bootcamps, brand partnerships, and event opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, sales, networking, and online marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote BICFEST services and programs online and offline
- Recruit new talents, clients, sponsors, and partners
- Generate leads through social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and networking
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
- Meet assigned sales and recruitment targets
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide weekly progress reports to management
- Represent the BICFEST brand professionally
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields is an added advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
- Experience in sales, marketing, talent management, or customer service is preferred
