We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for motivated Remote Cold Callers to join our team.
In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to property owners in the United States using an auto-dialer system. This is a high-volume calling position where you will be speaking with homeowners throughout the day, gathering information, building rapport, and identifying potential sellers.
This is an entry-level position with training provided. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls per day, communicating clearly in English, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
$1.50–$2.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. property owners using an auto-dialer
Speak with hundreds of homeowners per day
Follow simple call scripts and processes
Gather property information and qualify leads
Handle basic objections professionally
Transfer qualified leads to acquisitions managers
Update notes accurately inside our CRM system
Maintain professional communication in English
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (required)
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
Some cold calling, sales, customer service, appointment setting, or objection-handling experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications
Cold calling experience
Sales or telemarketing experience
Experience using auto-dialers or CRM systems
Real estate experience is a plus but not required
