We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company with over 10 years in business, looking for a motivated Remote Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will handle warm inbound leads—homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property—and convert those conversations into signed contracts. This is a fully remote, phone-based position where you'll strategize deals, work the numbers, and negotiate terms that win for both the seller and our company.

This is not a cold calling role. You'll be speaking with motivated sellers, presenting offers, negotiating back and forth, and closing deals over the phone.


Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: 25,000 KES
  • Commission: 15,000 KES per closed deal (deals typically close within 60–90 days)
  • Weekly Bonus: Up to 1,500 KES
  • Weekly pay
  • Fully remote (work from home)

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound leads from homeowners interested in selling
  • Follow the provided script to present offers professionally
  • Negotiate back and forth with sellers to reach an agreement
  • Run numbers accurately using a calculator to structure deals
  • Send contracts online and secure signatures over the phone
  • Update notes accurately inside our CRM system
  • Maintain professional communication in English at all times


Requirements

  • College degree
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Sales experience (preferably at least 2 years)
  • Excellent phone presence and strong ability to overcome objections
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Mathematical proficiency—comfortable running numbers on a calculator
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Quiet work environment
  • Comfortable working remotely for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate sales or acquisitions experience
  • Experience closing deals over the phone
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Background in high-ticket sales or negotiation-heavy roles
