Responsibilities

Supporting Sales Management team in doing quotations and other sales administrative activities Coordinate back orders on behalf of the sales team, tracking sales orders and delivery goods. Liaising with the Operations team Assist management with ad-hoc duties and coordinate all sales & supporting the sales team to ensure that they have the support and resources needed to ace in the competitive market Managing the reception ( Front Office) and forward phone calls Schedule appointments for the Sales team Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records Extracting monthly sales reports Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements

Prior work Experiences in administrative work (Min 1-3 years of relevant experience) Possess a high level of self-initiative to get things done efficiently and logically using proper data management to handle & organize a huge amount of useful information Must possess good communication skills Able to handle multiple tasks and all administrative work independently Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills
