Job summary

Our Client is seeking a sales and marketing person to aid them in their auctioneering and recovery firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding their client base, promoting their services, and driving business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking, financial, insurance, SACCO, corporate, legal, and commercial sectors.

 Market the firm's auctioneering, debt recovery, repossession, valuation, and asset disposal services.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

 Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service pitches.

 Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities within the industry.

 Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

 Represent the organization during networking events, meetings, and industry engagements.

 Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity reports.

 Work closely with management to achieve revenue and business development targets.

 Promote the firm's brand through digital marketing, social media, and other marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

 Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.

 Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.

 Experience in auctioneering, debt recovery, legal services, financial services, or related industries will be an added advantage.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools. Required Skills and Competencies

 Strong business development and networking abilities.

 Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

 Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

 Good understanding of corporate sales processes.
