Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell value-added agricultural products to supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer preferences, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Coordinate product promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising in outlets.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or value-added products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of retail, wholesale, and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
