Job Title – Marketing & Sales Team Leader

Location: Kikuyu Area, Kiambu County

Salary: Ksh 25,000 per month

Our client is a growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) based in Gitaru, Kikuyu, Kiambu County. With a strong technical team field technicians and a wide internet infrastructure footprint, committed to expanding its customer base and strengthening its presence in the region.

We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Team Leader to spearhead client acquisition, drive market visibility, and lead sales and marketing initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires energy, creativity and results-oriented focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly client acquisition targets.
• Map potential customers and generate actionable market data to drive sales.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (activations, door-to-door, community engagements).
• Coordinate sales efforts with technicians and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor leads, follow up on opportunities, and drive conversions.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
• Mentor and guide the sales & marketing team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience (preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or service industry).
• Must be good in MS Suite (Excel and Office)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collect and analyze market data to support decision-making.
• Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with clients.
• Residing in or near Gitaru/Kikuyu Area (or willing to relocate).
