JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related fieldProven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client-facing rolesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools/social mediaSelf-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & ProspectingSales & ConversionClient Engagement & Relationship ManagementMarket & Program SupportConvert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments or placementsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experienceProvide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activityAny other duties that will be assigned from time to time
REQUIRED SKILLS
Sales strategy, Business to Business (B2B) sales, Sales performance tracking and reporting, Competitor and market analysis
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
