We are seeking aggressive, self-driven, and highly motivated Sales & Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth through direct marketing and client engagement.The role requires individuals who are target-oriented, confident communicators, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, field visits, social media, and direct outreachGenerate quality leads and convert them into successful business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsEducate clients on available financing and business solutionsFollow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospectsAchieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactionsAttend team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance reviewsConduct market research and identify new business opportunitiesRepresent the organization professionally and maintain a positive brand image
