We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team on a contract-for-services basis. In this role, you will support outbound sales efforts through lead generation, prospecting, and outreach within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and healthcare space. As a member of our Sales team, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate sales data, and helping drive engagement and meeting opportunities.
Job Duties
· Lead Generation and Data Mining
o Gather information and build a comprehensive Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Master Email Listserve by calling through available DME registries.
o Ensure accuracy of contact records and keep lists current
o Research target accounts and contacts to support active prospecting efforts.
o Perform outbound outreach via phone calls and email with the goal of setting appointments.
· Sales Team Support
o Provide ongoing support for outbound sales efforts, including calendar management and meeting logistics
o Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate activity notes and prospect details
o Schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives and ensure meetings are properly scoped and documented.
· Lead Qualification
o Respond to inbound leads from marketing initiatives.
o Qualify prospects to determine fit, readiness, and potential opportunity.
o Identify decision-makers, influencers, timing, and urgency.
o Disqualify poor-fit leads to ensure effective use of Revenue Cycle Consultant and Sales team time.
· Special Projects
o Support Sales initiatives through the completion of special projects assigned by leadership. Examples include cold calling to promote trade show presentations, webinar confirmation calls, and targeted outreach campaigns.
· Performance & Metrics
o Meet established activity and pipeline goals, including calls/emails per day, meetings booked, discovery calls, demos, and qualified opportunities created.
o Track outreach performance and adjust approach based on results.
o Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when handling rejection.
· Continuous Learning
o Learn company products, services, market positioning, and competitors.
o Continuously improve discovery, messaging, and objection-handling skills.
Education and Experience
- · Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation
- · Experience in Healthcare, DME, or Software industry is a strong plus
- · Experience working with a U.S.-based company is advantageous
- · Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- · Proficiency in Excel for basic data management and reporting
