🚀 Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)!

📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya (On-site)

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

💡 What You'll Do:

  • 📞 Prospect potential clients through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • 🎯 Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings
  • 🚀 Generate real business opportunities for the sales team
  • 📊 Maintain and update CRM with accurate information
  • 🤝 Build strong relationships with potential clients

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • ✔️ Minimum 2 years of sales experience (SDR, call center, outbound sales, appointment setting)
  • ✔️ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
  • ✔️ Fluent or advanced English (spoken and written)
  • ✔️ Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • ✔️ Goal-oriented mindset and ability to perform in KPI-driven environments
