Major Tasks & Key Result Areas

Sales Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Develop a clear sales strategy and action plan for the region, including customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and sales tactics.

Business Development and Lead Generation

  • Identify and explore new market segments and industries.
  • Increase sales and track leads converting into paying customers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Strengthen client relationships, boost satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.

Technical Consultation/Product Knowledge & Support

  • Deliver high-quality technical consultation to drive client success and showcase expertise.

Proposal & Quotation Management

  • Optimize proposal and quotation processes for conversion, ensuring precision in pricing and scope.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Strengthen strategic decisions through market surveys, trends, and competitor tracking.

Post-Sales Support Coordination

  • Deliver seamless post-sales support, client coordination, and payment collection.


Job Specifications

Education

Minimum: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)

Ideal: Sales background


Legal Requirements

Driver’s License (DL) and academic certificates.


Experience

3 to 5 years in a relevant field.
