SENIOR BUILDING TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER (BSc/MSc) - Energy and Mechanical Systems (HVAC)

Your tasks:

» Planning of energy and building technology systems in the HVAC trade based on work phases 1 to 7 of the HOAI

» Independent processing of technical concepts, technical planning and tendering of systems and installations in the specialised trade

» Carrying out calculations and creating documentation and inventories

» Participation in the planning team in the realisation of planning projects in energy and building technology and the corresponding drawing realization

» Communication and coordination with specialist engineers and technical system planners to jointly develop a technical solution

» Independent and active tracking of deadlines and costs for the respective specialised planning

» Coordination with clients, building owners, architects, specialist planners, representatives of authorities, etc.

» Ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, ordinances, standards and regulations in planning

» Management of small to medium-sized projects in the department

» The range of requirements applies to project developments and new construction projects as well as conversion and refurbishment projects in existing properties

Your profile:

» Successfully completed studies in the field of energy and mechanical systems or comparable education

» At least 3 years of professional experience in the planning of energy and building technology systems and installations in the HVAC trade

» Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs and common planning software in the specialist area

» Ideally, you have good knowledge of common CAD programmes (REVIT, Linear)

» Structured, independent and thorough way of working

» Ability to work in a team and communication skills
