Digital Frameworks Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to lead the sales of our Wagemaster suite of HR and payroll solutions, including Wagemaster Payroll, Wagemaster Attendance and Wagemaster Online, together with our range of biometric attendance and access-control products.

The Sales Executive will take primary responsibility for generating new business and converting prospective customers into Wagemaster clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, from identifying and qualifying prospective customers through product presentations, proposals, follow-ups, negotiations and closing the sale. Once a sale is completed, the customer will be handed over to our implementation and support team.
This is a fully remote position suited to a self-motivated salesperson who is comfortable selling business software and technology solutions to organisations of different sizes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identify, develop and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through telephone, email, website, WhatsApp, referrals, social media and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective organisations and introduce Wagemaster products and related biometric solutions.
- Understand prospective customers' payroll, HR, attendance and workforce-management requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct online product presentations and demonstrations.
- Explain Wagemaster Payroll, Attendance and Online features, licensing options and associated biometric solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare and issue quotations and sales proposals.
- Maintain regular and professional follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiations within approved pricing and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, opportunities and sales progress.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through qualification, proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for additional products or upgrades.
- Work with management on sales campaigns, promotions and strategies for reaching new markets.
- Provide management with regular sales pipeline, activity and performance reports.
- Keep informed about competing payroll, HR, attendance and biometric products in the market.
- Meet agreed sales and business-development targets.
- Ensure a professional handover of newly acquired customers to the implementation and support teams after the sale has been concluded.
The role is focused specifically on sales and business development. Routine administration, product implementation and ongoing after-sales technical support are handled by existing company staff.
