JOB SUMMARY

Position: Sales Executive – Real EstateCompany: Almonds Estate Company LtdLocation: Nairobi, Kenya

RESPONSIBILITIES

Market and sell land and residential property projects offered by the company.Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and networking.Conduct client follow-ups and schedule site visits for potential buyers.Present property investment opportunities to clients and close sales.Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sale support.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Update client records and sales activities in the company system.Requirements:Must be 26 years and above.Proven experience in real estate sales.Experience working in an off-plan real estate company selling houses will be an added advantage.Well conversant with real estate trends and market dynamics.Understanding of mortgages and how financial institutions support affordable housing in Kenya.High level of personal grooming and professionalism when interacting with clients.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
