JOB SUMMARY

All in One Software (EA) Ltd (AIO) opened its doors in Kenya, EastAfrica on 1st of November 2014. We are a software development company based atSignature Mall, along Mombasa Road, Nairobi Metropolitan, Kenya. We havespecialized in development of Web-based Software solutions which include, butnot limited to Time Attendance, Access Control, Workflow, Project Management, PersonnelPlanning among others. We provide both hardware and software solutions to small,medium, and large sized companies as well as technical support to our clients.All in OneSoftware is affiliated with Krutec SoftCon GmbH, headquartered in Bremen,Germany. Krutec SoftCon GmbH was founded in Germany in 1995 and after muchsuccess in providing Time Attendance and Access Control solutions in Europe (withover 25,000 installations), it extended its operations into East Africa. The foundersand staff come from a diverse range of expertise ranging from long accomplishedbusiness executives to expert developers and technicians. We arelooking for a trustworthy, aggressive, and dedicated female to join us as aSales Executive. The successful applicant will undertake responsibilities includingbut not limited to Business Development, setting up meetings with potentialclients and sell our software solutions on her own. The incumbent is expectedto be independent, well-groomed and have good knowledge in InformationTechnology field with outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.With regardsto our products (software), adequate training and induction will be provided.We expect thequalified candidate to start working with us soonest possible. Working hoursare Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. We are located at Signature Mall, ThirdFloor, along Mombasa Road. We are offering a competitive salary package inaddition to travel and phone allowances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:·        Spear heading sales of our software solutions bothlocally and across the continent.·        Outreaching for new clients.·        Create and implement national sales programs bydeveloping field sales action plans.·        Maintain sales volume by keeping in touch with currentsupply and demand trends and other economic indicators.·        Advice on selling prices adjustments by monitoringcosts and market competitions.·       Maintain professional and technical knowledge byattending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies. Requirements·        Exemplary and incontestable experience in ComputerSoftware Sales.·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·        Proficiency in both Windows Operating System and MicrosoftOffice Suite.·        Must have experience in Software Solutions. ·        Good understanding of general Systems Administration.·        Creative and open to new ideas.·        Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies andskills. Qualifications·        At least five years’ experience in SoftwareSales.·        Undergraduate degree in ComputerScience/ Information Technology or related field·        Basic knowledge of the Germanlanguage will be an added advantage.
