LED Screens/Digital Signage Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the growth and expansion of the LED market in Nairobi by collecting pertinent market and customer information.
• Collaborate closely with the group to develop and execute sales promotion strategies for LED displays.
• Analyze and organize customer information, providing valuable sales analysis data. Develop action plans, set sales targets, and ensure their successful implementation.
• Establish a comprehensive customer resource information base, fostering the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships.
• Utilize online and offline channels, including social media, exhibitions, and industry websites, to collect market information and identify potential project business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Candidates MUST have LED display, Digital Signage, or Retail sales experience and background knowledge. Exceptional abilities may compensate for educational requirements.

1. Strong LED display technology knowledge, and understanding of pixel pitch, resolution, and display types.

2. Skills in designing and configuring LED displays to meet client requirements effectively.

3. Experience in maintenance and serviceability to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.

4. Proficiency in CAD software for detailed design, structural assessment, and workflow optimization.

Candidates with a proven track record in LED display installation and proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) software for managing display content ideas of LED are important.

Note: Salary is competitive based on experience and skills. Interviews will be conducted to determine the appropriate compensation for candidates with exceptional abilities. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
