Sales Executives – Microfinance

Key Qualities, Qualifications & Competencies

i. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field from a university recognised in Kenya

ii. Have excellent negotiation, sales and marketing skills.

iii. Proven track record of managing high portfolio as a marketer.

iv. Minimum of 5 years in similar role in a busy microfinance .

v. Must be adept in ICT, and working knowledge of a microfinance software.

vi. Good people Management skills and proven ability to achieve results through others.

vii. Strong customer-centric skills.

viii. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

ix. Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook.

x. Able to get on with others and be a team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
