JOB SUMMARY

Identify and engage potential customers interested in purchasing land and property investments.Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project features and benefits to clients.Generate leads through networking, referrals, field marketing, and digital marketing activities.Negotiate sales agreements, follow up on prospects, and close land sales to achieve set targets.Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, social media, and networking activities.Conduct property site visits and provide clients with accurate information about land ownership, pricing, and payment plans.Follow up with prospective customers, address inquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.Prepare sales documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent after-sales service.
