Our client is a fast-growing social enterprise focused on the design, manufacturing, marketing & distribution of renewable & clean energy solutions. We are looking for passionate, energetic & target-driven Sales Executives to join the growing team in various sub-counties.
Job descriptions & requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market and sell Pawapot Electric Pressure Cookers to households, institutions, businesses, SACCOs, health facilities, and community groups
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of clean cooking solutions
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback
• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year experience in active sales, credit, field marketing, MFIs, NGOs, or social impact organizations
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili
• Self-driven, highly organized, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to live and work within the assigned areas
• Passionate about community impact and clean energy solutions
