Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thika for a Sales Extension Officer. Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Extension Officer to join their team. This role is key to driving sales while helping farmers boost milk production, improve quality, and elevate their farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage sales contacts; understand farmer needs and present relevant products/services.
• Grow sales volume with existing customers.
• Conduct farm visits to train farmers on calf, chick, and piglet rearing, animal feeding, hygiene, forage preservation, and sustainable farming practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to farmers/clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• KCSE (minimum C-) or equivalent.
• Diploma in Dairy Science & Technology, Animal Health, Soil Science, General Agriculture, or related field.
• Valid, accident-free motorcycle/rider license.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Location: Thika

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 KSH
