JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience selling solar products and/or solar energy solutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the renewable energy sector.Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and C&I solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Renewable Energy, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.Strong proposal writing and CRM reporting skills.To apply, send your CV & cover letter to the Email provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and execute Keru Solar’s sales strategy for solar products and solutions.Drive sales of hybrid inverters, lithium-ion batteries, and C&I energy solutions.Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of installers, EPCs, and commercial clients.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers.Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management.Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer success.
