JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and lease furnished and unfurnished apartments. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, property viewings, and closing deals while supporting marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and brand visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate leads and close sales for furnished and unfurnished apartmentsConduct property viewings and client follow-upsMarket available units through online platforms, agents, and corporate partnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clientsMeet and exceed monthly sales and occupancy targetsSupport digital and on-ground marketing campaignsCollect market feedback and competitor insights
