JOB SUMMARY

Please Note:This recruitment is being managed by AMSCO on behalf of Orana Fresh Fruit Processing Co. part of the Orana Group.About the ClientOrana develops, sells and produces tailor-made fruit based raw materials for dairies, juice producers and other food stuff manufacturers in more than 50 countries. Orana also co-packs Private Label products in glass bottles, PET bottles, canisters and bag-in-box. The Orana Group has factories in Denmark, Egypt, India and Vietnam, and approximately 500 employees worldwide.Position SummaryThe Sales Officer will focus on driving company’s revenue by identifying, qualifying and initiating relationships with new potential clients. He/she will build a robust business pipeline through outbound prospecting and scheduling meetings to close deals.This position offers a competitive monthly salary of KES 40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any business-related field.2-years’ relevant experience in sales and customer service in a goal-oriented environment.Required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospectsResult driven with ability to meet or exceed monthly targetsAbility to guide other individuals.Self-driven and capable in working in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. New Market Identification (Within East Africa)a)Identify and create new business opportunities through market research, networking and outreach.b)Develop marketing strategies.c)Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.d)Contact potential clients via phone, email and social media to present company products.2. Client Managementa)Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.b)Arrange meetings with clients to maintain long-term relationships.c)Track and analyze customer feedback and adjust outreach approaches accordingly.3. Collaborationa)Work closely with production team to understand new product development and identify target markets.b)Help in customizing product to increase customer satisfaction.c)Stay informed about pricing and payment plans to communicate offerings to potential clients effectively.4.
