Sales Person/Officer - Real Estate

Job Summary

Main emphasis is someone with experience in the same position in real estate and should be based in Mombasa/Malindi.

Job Description/Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Contributing to the achievement of allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities through sourcing for new business opportunities.
•    Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects Provide periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports to company management on sales operations and conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
•    Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other forms of media
•    Propose potential business deals to the sales manager by engaging potential partners.
•    Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting- act as face of the company and offer exemplary customer service to all clients.
•    Accompany client to site visits
•    Working together with the sales manager and the management to identify sales opportunities in the area.
•    Represent the company in all sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences, and events.
•    Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending.
•    Maintain and service existing customer portfolio.
•    Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, dependable, friendly and courteous service to all clients.
•    Provide feedback to the sales manager on growing client needs and competitor products.
•    Participate in activations and push to convert referrals into closed sales.
•    Contribute and make use of the company’s digital resources.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
•    A competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
•    At least 1 years’ experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive, in the real estate sector is a Must

•    Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
•    Good organization and administrative skills.
•    Well-groomed and well-spoken.
•    A strong team player.
•    A person of high integrity.
•    Ability to perform with minimal supervision and must extremely self-driven, have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
•    Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet targets and the needs of the business.
