JOB SUMMARY
Position Title: Sales RepresentativeJob description: o Provide excellent customer service to retain and attract new customers. o Be available on the phones for 82% of the shift. o Rebuttal 3 times to show the value of the Membership program.Responsibilities: o Call control and interpretation. o Ability to pitch sales for services and products. o Handle approximately 4 calls per hour, averaging 40 calls per day. o Overcome objections and close sales. o Upsell products and memberships. o Understand and utilize order systems, phone systems, and promotional offers.Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: o Call control and interpretation. o Ability to pitch sales for services and products. o Handle approximately 4 calls per hour, averaging 40 calls per day. o Overcome objections and close sales. o Upsell products and memberships. o Understand and utilize order systems, phone systems, and promotional offers.Workday: Full Time (FT)Weekly hours of work: Monday to Sunday - 2 days off not together - 9 am to 9 pm CST on a 9 hours schedule (40 hours by week)Location: Nairobi - Oasis Outsourcing - Royal OfficeRoyal Offices, 3rd Floor, Office 33,Mogotio Road, Kenya.
