JOB SUMMARY
Role OverviewThe Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and executing the company’s sales strategy in the assigned territory. The role requires deep market understanding, disciplined execution, and consistent achievement of sales targets while representing the company’s brand and values in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and convert new customers across distributors, retailers, and end usersGrow sales volumes and market share within the assigned territoryAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsPromote and sell the company’s product portfolio by clearly explaining features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs)Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term, trust-based relationships with existing customersMaintain regular customer visits and follow-upsHandle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionallyEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionMarket Intelligence & ReportingCollect and analyse market feedback on product quality, pricing, colours, delivery, and serviceMonitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product introductionsIdentify market trends and recommend new products or improvementsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reportsCoordination & Internal CommunicationCoordinate with production, dispatch, finance, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolutionFollow up on trial orders, bulk orders, and repeat businessEnsure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit termsCompliance & IntegrityEnsure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance standardsReport counterfeit or imitation products observed in the marketRepresent the company professionally at all times
