Sales Representative (Experience in Customer Service) | Part-Time

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, part-time (work hours to be confirmed)

We are looking for a dynamic and professional profile to drive new business generation through prospecting, cold calling, and email follow-ups.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales process within the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients and decision-makers
* Manage follow-ups through effective email communication
* Identify opportunities and schedule sales meetings
* Record and update information in the CRM
* Build strong relationships with prospects
* Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
* Use tools such as ZoomInfo for prospect generation

Requirements:

* English level: C1
* Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
* +1 year of customer service experience
* Experience in cold calling is a plus

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or business development is a plus, but not mandatory
