SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, shops .
• Generate sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. 
• Visit customers and outlets regularly to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Receive and follow up customer orders and support timely delivery.
• Promote products, conduct product presentations and implement sales promotions. 
• Develop new markets and distribution channels within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and customer needs.
• Follow up customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, collection and market records.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and field reports. l Support product availability, merchandising and stock monitoring.
• Represent the company professionally and comply with company policies and procedures.

Our clients requires Sales Representatives with knowledge and understanding of the market dynamics of any of the below regions as well as fulltime dedication in the region. Nairobi & Central, Coast, Western, Nyanza, Rift Valley, Eastern, Mt. Kenya, North Eastern

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or any relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field. 
• At least 2 years’ experience in field sales in similar industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good reporting and record-keeping skills.

Remuneration Basic Salary: KES 25,000 per month + Commissions
