Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and drive sales of roasted coffee products. The ideal candidate will actively engage customers, build strong relationships, and contribute to expanding the company’s market presence.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Promote and sell roasted coffee products to retailers, distributors, and end consumers.
- Identify and acquire new customers through ground activation and direct engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth distribution.
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.
- Background in sales and/or hospitality (minimum 1 year experience preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in field-based environments.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
