Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in maize meal sales and general sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in maize meal sales and at least 7 years of experience in general sales. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the regions of Kajiado, Machakos, Mount Kenya, and Nairobi.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the designated regions.

• Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to expand market penetration.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer orders.

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maize meal sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in general sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
