We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aggressive Sales Representative who excels in sourcing new markets and driving sales orders. This role requires a relentless pursuit of new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a relentless work ethic, and outstanding leadership abilities. The individual must have strong background in online marketing, including SEO and other digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.


Responsibilities:

1. Ensure our existing sales outlets are well stocked, following up on orders and any arising issues.

2. Identify and prospect new markets, utilizing a proactive and aggressive approach to generate leads and opportunities.

3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research.

4.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales.

5.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, AdWords, and social media management tools. Utilize online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC to generate leads and increase website traffic.

5.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating persistence and determination throughout the sales process.

6.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

7.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

8. Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

10.Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities and results.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in aggressive sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to consistently exceed targets.
  • Ensure our sales orders are dispatched on time and without an errors.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing new markets and generating sales leads, coupled with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High level of resilience and perseverance, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
