- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products to healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to encourage product prescriptions.
- Deliver detailed, persuasive presentations on product benefits, usage, and safety to healthcare professionals.
- Plan daily schedules, manage customer databases (CRM), and conduct field visits within a defined area.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor actions.
- Training & Compliance: Attend sales meetings, training workshops, and industry conferences to stay updated on medical data.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Persuasive, resilient, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and virtual presentation tools.
