Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Eastern Region


Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and market penetration of Twyford International’s ceramic tiles and sanitaryware products by managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored product solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales of ceramic products and sanitaryware across the Eastern Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and projects to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Present and promote product features, benefits, and technical specifications to clients, including installation and maintenance guidance.
  • Provide customized product solutions based on client requirements (color, finish, size, performance, and application).
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order confirmations; follow up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee product samples, showroom displays, and merchandising to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams on stock availability, production timelines, and deliveries.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, trade shows, and technical training initiatives.
  • Handle customer complaints, warranty claims, and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, building codes, and emerging technologies in ceramics and sanitaryware.
  • Follow up on payments and invoices, ensuring timely account reconciliation and credit control.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any business-related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales (retail, B2B, or specification sales).
  • Experience in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ceramic products, including materials, finishes, sizes, installation methods, and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
