Job Description
The STL will be responsible for developing teams and overseeing their daily operations to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining strong business relationships with clients.
Location; Nairobi
What You Will Do
- Meet or exceed monthly disbursement targets.
- Recruit and train new sales executives
- Monitor execution of action plans of the sales team and supervise daily and weekly sales
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure compliance with lending policies.
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business related
- 3-5 years experience in team & branch management (Microfinance)
- Strong understanding of non deposit MFIs trends
- Good judgment and decision-making ability.
