JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring Security Monitoring Operators to support real-time surveillance operations for international clients. This role involves monitoring CCTV systems, identifying incidents, and responding according to established protocols.You will play a critical role in ensuring safety, security, and rapid response through continuous system monitoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance systemsDetect and report incidents in real timeMaintain accurate logs and incident reportsEscalate issues according to defined protocolsCoordinate with internal teams during alerts or system failuresEnsure strict adherence to security and confidentiality standardsRequirementsExperience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance systems preferredBackground in security, military, police, or control room operations is an advantageStrong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for extended periodsGood written and verbal English communication skillsBasic computer proficiency (MS Office and monitoring systems)Ability to work night shifts consistently
