Security Team Lead

KEDA CERAMICS is seeking a qualified and experienced Security Team Leader to oversee and coordinate security operations within our busy corporate and operational environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, professional training, and practical experience to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
• Implement and enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor access control points, CCTV systems, and perimeter security.
• Conduct regular patrols to help prevent security incidents and unauthorized access.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and provide updates to management.
• Support training, mentoring, and performance monitoring of security personnel.
• Liaise with management and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain effective security operations in a fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of paramilitary training at the(NYS) with a valid certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant security experience in a busy corporate, industrial, or commercial organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team.
• Working knowledge of security procedures, risk awareness, and emergency response.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Professional conduct, integrity, and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts as required by operations

Preferred Skills

• Experience supervising multiple security personnel
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems
• Basic first aid or emergency response training
