Senior Cost Controller Kenya

ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Senior Cost Controller to join an important operations project in the agri-industrial / manufacturing sector, based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The selected professional will be involved in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting activities, supporting the Operations team in monitoring costs, analysing financial performance and providing clear cost-related information to management.
The activities will be performed mainly from the Nairobi office, within an international and structured project environment, supporting operational and manufacturing-related activities.
Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas or similar industrial sectors
• More than 5 years of experience in Cost Control roles
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting and cost analysis
• Good understanding of P&L, cost drivers and cost-saving initiatives
• SAP experience is mandatory
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Experience in manufacturing standard cost environments will be considered a strong plus
• CPA, ACCA or ICIFA certification will be considered a plus
• Good command of English
• Availability to be based in Nairobi, Kenya

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Start date: June 2026
Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension
Working schedule: 10 worked hours/day – 6 days/week
Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off
Work environment: office-based position
Meals, accommodation and transportation: not provided.
