Job Title- Generative AI Engineer
Location- Hyderabad/Bangalore
Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure AI ecosystem. In this role, you will design, develop, and productionize GenAI-powered solutions that address real‑world business problems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including data engineering, product, and cloud engineering—to build scalable, secure, and high‑performance AI applications.
LLM & GenAI Development
Design, fine‑tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for contextual and domain‑aware AI systems.
Implement prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and model evaluation frameworks.
Azure AI & Cloud Engineering
Build and manage GenAI workloads using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, and related Azure services.
Deploy scalable and secure AI workloads following best practices for identity, networking, data governance, and monitoring.
Solution Architecture
Architect end‑to‑end AI systems combining LLMs, vector databases, RAG, caching layers, orchestration engines, and monitoring dashboards.
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications via APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Data & RAG Pipeline Engineering
Implement data ingestion, embedding generation, and indexing pipelines using vector stores (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
Enhance RAG pipelines with ranking, grounding, hallucination mitigation, and context optimization techniques.
Software Engineering
Develop robust backend components using Python, FastAPI/Flask, and modern DevOps/CI-CD tools.
Write high-quality, maintainable, testable AI pipeline code.
Collaboration & Impact
Partner with product stakeholders to translate ambiguity into technical solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and champion GenAI best practices internally.
Qualifications & Required Skills
5–8 years of total professional experience in software/data/AI engineering.
Strong hands‑on experience with Python and ecosystem libraries (Transformers, LangChain/LlamaIndex, FastAPI, PyTorch).
Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions (GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques.

Azure Cognitive Services
Experience with vector DBs (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma).
Strong grounding in NLP concepts, tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and model evaluation.
Experience building production-grade APIs, microservices, and scalable backend architecture.
Understanding of cloud security, responsible AI principles, and model governance.
