Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced EOSH professional to join our Technical Global Audit Organization (GAO) as a Global EOSH Auditor.

GAO is a truly global organization, responsible for the conducting of risk focused Quality & Food Safety and EOSH audits of + Coca-Cola manufacturing operations, and thousands of distribution operations, across the more than countries in which we do business.

For this open position we are targeting candidates based in  any major city  in Africa  with a Company office and good flight conditions within Africa and beyond.

What You’ll Do for Us :

Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based EOSH audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements. Leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills, to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance. Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans. Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization’s value proposition and performance. Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures. 50%+ travel, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience in an operational EOSH role in manufacturing and/or distribution operations. Proven track record of driving EOSH performance and continuous improvement. Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in additional languages is a plus (French is preferred). ISO , , and/or Lead Auditor Certifications are desirable. Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH Diploma) are desirable.
