About The Role
As we strengthen our presence in Kenya, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition efforts across both web and app platforms. This role owns the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for the Kenyan market, combining strong local market knowledge with data-driven execution across multiple paid channels.
You will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to scale growth efficiently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and drive the performance marketing strategy for Kenya across web and app, with full accountability for growth, budget efficiency, and ROI
- Plan and oversee multi-channel UA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, mobile DSPs, affiliates, and other performance platforms
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscape, user behavior, and channel performance
- Define and manage a structured testing roadmap focused on improving core KPIs (CPA, LTV, conversion rates)
- Lead deep performance analysis using analytics and attribution tools, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop and scale affiliate, programmatic, and local partnership channels, assessing incrementality and long-term impact
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver localized, high-impact campaigns
- Build and manage relationships with key platforms and partners to secure strategic and commercial advantages
- Act as a senior contributor within the performance marketing function, setting high standards and fostering a data-driven culture
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proven experience scaling digital campaigns in the Kenyan market
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Strong expertise with major performance marketing platforms
- Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid media, funnels, attribution)
- Strong understanding of Kenyan digital consumer behavior and local market dynamics
Even better if
- Experience in online betting, igaming, or highly regulated digital industries
- Experience working with both web and app acquisition at scale
- Prior exposure to fast-growing, performance-driven environments
