Senior SEO & AI Discoverability Specialist

Search is changing fast. This role is about making sure the business is visible wherever discovery happens, from traditional search engines to AI-driven platforms.

You will be responsible for strengthening the company’s digital footprint by improving rankings, building authority signals, and ensuring content is structured, surfaced, and understood across both search engines and emerging AI discovery systems. The role blends technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis to drive sustained organic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and content optimization
• Improve visibility and performance across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms
• Build and strengthen domain authority through structured, high-quality signals
• Optimize website architecture, indexing, and crawl efficiency
• Align content with search intent to improve rankings and engagement
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous optimization
• Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams to implement improvements
• Stay ahead of shifts in search, including AI-led discovery trends and algorithm changes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong grasp of modern SEO, both technical and content-led
• Understanding of how AI is reshaping search and content discovery
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Solid understanding of site performance, UX, and their impact on rankings
• Knowledge of structured data, indexing, and crawl optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions
• Strong sense of content strategy and search intent alignment
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence execution

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in SEO or organic growth roles
• Proven experience managing both on-page and technical SEO initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-driven search and discoverability strategies
• Experience with analytics and SEO performance tracking tools
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
• Working knowledge of website performance optimization
