Job Title: SEO/SEM Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented SEO/SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy in order to increase rankings on major search networks, while also managing paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google and Bing to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will boost organic traffic, improve search visibility, and manage advertising budgets efficiently to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization to drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and better user experience.
  • Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.
  • SEM/PPC Management: Launch and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives, and SEO performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links, keyword strategies, and overall search presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with 3-5 years with a portfolio of successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar), and Google Ads.
  • Reliable internet connection with a back-up supply to ensure zero downtime during work hours.
  • Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven search trends.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints is a plus.
