Job descriptions & requirements
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and timelines.
- Manage project resources ,including labour, materials and equipment.
- Monitor site financials ensuring cost control and budget adherence,
- Ensure compliance with health ,safety and environment regulations.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality and productivity.
- Prepare and interpret construction drawings and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers and suppliers.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and project activities.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support team success.
