Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits to assess installation readiness and requirements.
• Coordinating and preparing designated areas for the safe offloading and staging of materials.
• Supervising the offloading, segregation, and transportation of materials to designated rooms and floors.
• Overseeing the assembly and installation process in accordance with project specifications.
• Inspecting materials for damages and verifying delivery documentation.
• Conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance with installation design, time and quality.
• Preparing and submitting daily progress reports, including challenges and resource requirements.
• Reporting site-related issues to the Site Manager and escalating technical matters to the factory production and design department.
• Preparing and processing subcontractor payment applications in compliance with contract terms.
• Ensuring safe working practices and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the furniture or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of furniture and decoration installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
