The Skin Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering expert skincare consultations, and driving sales performance while building strong customer relationships that promote brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge across skincare and beauty product lines.
  
• Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable products based on individual concerns.
  
• Achieve and consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  
• Ensure the store is well-presented at all times, including product displays and overall cleanliness.
  
• Assist with inventory management and stock handling as directed by management.
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 
  
• Minimum of 1 year experience in skincare, beauty, or retail sales (preferred).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
  
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
