Social Media Community Development Manager
Job summary
You'll be responsible for cultivating thriving online communities across social media platforms, while also flexing your copywriting muscles to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.

• Content Strategist & Copywriter: Develop and curate engaging social media content that sparks conversations, fosters brand loyalty, and attracts new followers (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). This includes writing captivating captions, headlines, and social media ad copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Community Champion: Actively participate in online conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and address any customer service inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Brand Advocate: Act as the brand's voice on social media, ensuring all interactions are consistent with the brand's personality and messaging.
• Community Builder: Organise contests, polls, and other interactive activities to encourage participation and build a strong sense of community around the brand.
• Influencer Collaborator: Identify and partner with relevant social media influencers to expand brand reach and connect with new audiences.
Social Media Reporting
• Monitor and Analyse: Monitor brand mentions, track industry trends, and analyse social media metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and identify areas for improvement].

How do I Qualify?
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media community management or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media content strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging social media copy (captions, headlines, ad copy) that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building and engaging online communities.
• A keen understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Ability to analyse social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
