Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, overseeing social media accounts, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing social media channels, and collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging content creation
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize social media performance
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a corporate or travel-related brand
