Job Summary
As a social media marketing intern, you will manage the organization’s online presence by developing and implementing social media strategy, oversee the company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media content, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and digital campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements
1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
2. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
3. Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
4. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
5. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
6. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
7. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
8. Create engagement activities for PR & CSR.Â
Required skills and qualifications
Education
1. BS/diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
Skills and knowledge
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Experience
6 and above Months ‘of experience in social media/digital/marketing related role.
6 month fixed contract, with a stipend of 20k
