Software Development Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Front-end Skills:

• Experience in React.js and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Ability to build beautiful user interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT and SVN.

Back-end Skills:

• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Express.js.
• Understanding of server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Proficiency in database design and management.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and configuration management tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
